eServices is the secure, reliable and convenient way to access a range of IP Australia's transactions and services including our Trade mark Headstart service.
You can use eServices to apply, register, renew and pay for IP rights. We will be continuing to add more features to eServices in the future, including electronic correspondence.

These outages will be from 7:30pm to 9.30pm Wednesday 27 July 2016 (AEST) and also 9.00am to 9.00pm Saturday 30 July 2016 (AEST).
We will enable the Alternate Lodgement Service (ALS) for eServices during this outage. The ALS is a simplified version of eServices that allows electronic submissions during outages and downtime. You will be automatically redirected to the ALS if you attempt to access eServices during the outage period. You will need to agree to new terms and conditions to use the ALS and no sign-in will be required.

Alex is IP Australia's new Virtual Assistant (VA).
Virtual Assistants provide anytime, anywhere support on corporate websites. Alex has been specifically designed to improve experience of our web channel for all IP Australia customers.
Alex has commenced initially for trade mark specific support. We will continue to develop her knowledge base with the intention of covering all IP Australia matters over time.
